Why Brian built it

Built from the working side of the equation.

I’m Brian—a father, Ford team lead, former railroad conductor, longtime business builder, and someone who knows what it means to earn a paycheck with work boots on.

My road hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve worked in corporate sales, transportation, manufacturing, and business development while rebuilding my finances, learning real estate, and moving deeper into software, APIs, and AI engineering.

Somewhere along the way, I realized the paycheck wasn’t the problem. The problem was working hard without a clear plan for turning that income into skills, assets, ownership, and eventually freedom.

That became the idea behind Work Boots Wealth. Your job doesn’t have to be the destination. It can be the engine that finances where you want to go next.

I’m not teaching from an imaginary finish line. I’m building this while living it—turning the lessons, mistakes, rebuilding, and progress from my own road into a practical starting point for people who work for a living and want that work to create something bigger.
